Twenty years of systems experience
Ben has spent twenty years seeing what reliable systems look like in large, complex organisations.
His experience spans MNCs, banking, telcos and government, where systems have real consequences and somebody has to answer when they fail. That background taught him to keep strategy close to the details and to design around the people who have to use what gets built.
StructLabs.io grew from a simple observation: AI tools became accessible much faster than the ability to use them reliably in day-to-day work. Turning a promising pilot into something a team can depend on is still careful engineering, and many businesses do not have anyone responsible for that gap.
